Delivery Area
We deliver to mainland United Kingdom only.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00 GMT Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Times
Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days of dispatch.
Delivery Costs
- Up to 50kg — £90.00
- 50–170kg — £150.00
- Over 170kg — £280.00
How We Deliver
All products are delivered on pallets via lorry. Delivery is kerbside only — the driver will deliver to the nearest accessible point at the roadside. You will need to arrange offloading and movement of goods from the kerbside to your required location. Please ensure suitable access is available for a large lorry at your delivery address.
Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday. Someone must be available to acknowledge receipt of goods during these hours.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to no access, no one present to accept the goods, or the delivery being refused without valid reason, re-delivery charges will apply at the standard delivery rate.
Damaged Goods
Please inspect all goods upon delivery while the driver is present. Any damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery sheet immediately and reported to Fibrelux Ltd within 24 hours with photographic evidence. Failure to note damage on the courier's proof of delivery will result in no claim being possible through the haulier's insurance. Replacement carriage for confirmed damaged goods will be provided free of charge. Original carriage charges cannot be refunded.
