GRP walk-in enclosures for substations, telecoms and plant

Some installations need an engineer to stand inside the enclosure. That covers substations, telecoms equipment and plant rooms where the kit is too large or too awkward to service through a cabinet door. Our GRP walk-in enclosures give you a non-conductive, IP55-rated housing that is manufactured in Wales and supplied across the UK. The range runs from the FW1 to the FW4, and each model has a ply-core A version.

Choose your walk-in model

Width and depth. The FW1 is 500 mm deep. The FW2 is 1000 mm deep, the FW3 is 1500 mm and the FW4 is 2000 mm. The width of every model is 2000 mm.
Height. Every walk-in model is 2000 mm high.
Ply core or standard. Choose an A version for a 12mm ply core.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between FW and FWA models?

The model size is the same. The A versions have a 12mm ply core. They cost more than the standard models.

How tall are the walk-in enclosures?

All walk-in models are 2000 mm high.

Are the walk-in enclosures IP55-rated?

Yes. All our GRP enclosures are IP55-rated and manufactured in Wales.
